  • Tuesday, May 16: Ward Temple Trip, 8PM @ the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. We will be doing baptisms for the dead. Come early! Our reservation is for 18 people max.
  • Saturday, May 20: Church Building Cleaning @ 9 am
  • Saturday, May 20: Stake FHE Fireside – Chad Hymas 7 pm @ our building
  • Sunday, May 21: Church starts @9AM! Then please join us for Ward Choir practice @11:30AM.
  • Sunday, May 21: Worldwide YSA Devotional with President and Sister Oaks @ 6 PM. Stream on the church website

  • Saturday, May 27: Last day to clean the church this month @ 9 AM
  • Feed the missionaries on Saturdays and Sundays! Reach out to Liam or Katelyn to sign up to have them over!

Stake Events

  • The full-time missionaries are hosting a sports night each Friday at the institute from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Join us for Basketball, Volleyball, Spikeball, Pool, Ping-Pong, Pickleball, and more! Bring a non-member, inactive friend, date or just come yourself!
  • Institute: Institute started weekly evening-time activities. They all begin at 7:00 PM, and are as follows: 
    • Tuesday: Sports. The sport will change each week and be announced on a poster or the board at the Institute building on the Jordan LDS Institute social media accounts/profiles. 
    • Tuesday: Country Swing Dancing has been moved to the UofU Institute – 1780 S Campus Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84112. Starts @ 7PM for lessons. 8 PM let the dancing begin.
    • Wednesday: Game night 
    • Food is also always served Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings for those attending these activities and night classes.
